KAJ and Kevin did a great job with our home. We had them replace windows , plywood and install new siding. They also rebuilt our entire portico on the front of the house. The workers were very professional and courteous, keeping our house and property clean. They stayed on the job till it was complete and it turned out better than we had expected. Alessandro is very knowledgeable and talented and ensured the job was done correctly. We were so pleased, we had them frame and finish a new bedroom interior and hallway with new doors and trim. You wont be disappointed.

I am extremely pleased with the work performed by Alecandro and his crew. They installed over 30 windows and doors, and installed 200 linear feet of exterior cedar. This was a high end job priced competitively – a window wall, eyebrow window, hardwood interior trim, exterior PVC trim. I have done my share of trim carpentry and appreciate exquisite quality when I see it. I got it here. There’s no caulking bad joints with stained hardwood. They were as clean as could be – I’ve never seen a contractor have one guy hold a vacuum to catch the dust made by a saw. They cut no corners. I didn’t plan on replacing the rest of the windows for a few years, but given the quality I got I’m proceeding with the rest now.

The crew worked seamlessly and efficiently. At the end of each day, the crew would clean up and leave the place spotless. The final result was AWESOME. Taking 0 time in between to tend to other jobs. The crew started at 8 AM (winter sunup) and finished each day at 5 PM (in the winter darkness), never extending breaks or wasting time. The carpenters listened to my needs and responded by performing each task with perfection. I highly recommend Alecendro and KAJ Construction, Inc, and their talented carpenter staff. I recently had all my windows (22), siding (two story cape w/dormers) and all existing gutters replaced using KAJ Construction. I had three separate quotations done before choosing KAJ and I am glad I did. When it comes to home renovations this was bar far the best experience I have ever had.
